Did you know full physiotherapy services are available on-site at Marian College during term time?

Physiotherapist Jean Kozyniak from Active Health is available for private and ACC covered appointments on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Jean is experienced in treating young people, helping them to develop in their sports, become more in tune with their body and educating them on ways to better improve their performance and health.

"I like to take an individualised and holistic approach so that the person as a whole is considered when treating an injury. My main area of interest is around sports injuries and in particular injury prevention," she says.

Services include:

•          Running analyses and full body assessments to help identify areas vulnerable to injury,
•          Injury treatment (massage, dry needling, mobilisation, taping etc.) and rehabilitative exercise programs
•          X-ray and ultrasound referral, as required.

Making an appointment with Jean means less travel and time away from learning and more time to enjoy sport.
