Confidental Bullying Report System

Use this form to safely and confidentially report incidents of bullying. Your safety is our priority. These forms are only received by the counselling team and our code of ethics requires us to keep your confidentiality.  We will see your name and check on you but no other staff or students will know who has reported the incident as we will only pass over the incident report details NOT your name.

· Call your local mental health crisis assessment team CAF emergency during business hours 0800 218 219 – press 2 / Crisis Resolution 0800 920 092 or go with the person to the emergency department (ED) at your nearest hospital.

· If they’re in immediate physical danger to themselves or others, call 111 and stay with them until support arrives.
