PHILOSOPHY
OUR VISION
OUR MISSION
OUR VALUES
The school guidelines are based on the following philosophy:
to do one’s best
to be courteous
to respect others
to respect oneself
Respect for others includes:
their good name
their feelings
their way of doing things
their property
their ambitions
their privacy
their beliefs
Respect for yourself includes:
the way you dress
the way you conduct yourself
the way you work
the way you accept advice
keeping your commitments
the way you enter into the life of the school
The maximum roll set by the Integration Agreement is currently 430 with preference of enrolment given to Catholic girls. This number, though small for an urban secondary school, is ideal, allowing us to offer a wide range of subjects at each year level while maintaining a caring, happy and safe environment and giving individual attention to each girl. Although we are a school for girls we have a relationship with our brother school, St Bede’s, and with Shirley Boys’ High School.
