COMPLAINTS POLICY

The board of trustees aims to provide a safe physical and emotional environment for staff and students.

In keeping with the special character of the school it is important that concerns can be communicated to the appropriate personnel and that any discrimination and abuse is dealt with as soon as is practicable.

Guidelines for implementation of the policy

Members of the school community are encouraged to communicate concerns to school management, in the first instance, and then to the board.

Concerns will be dealt with in an appropriate manner and in accordance with the relevant documented school procedures.

The complaints policy and procedures is available on this page and is advertised to the school community twice per year.

This policy is to be reviewed every three years.
